Roundup Technology® includes Monsanto's glyphosate-based herbicide technologies. ALWAYS READ AND FOLLOW PESTICIDE LABEL DIRECTIONS. Roundup Ready® crops contain genes that confer tolerance to glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup® brand agricultural herbicides. Roundup® brand agricultural herbicides will kill crops that are not tolerant to glyphosate. PRESERVING HERBICIDE TECHNOLOGY Respect the Rotation™ is an initiative to elevate importance and improve grower adoption of herbicide diversity through the rotation of crops, traits and herbicide classes. Rotate crops. Crop rotation provides opportunity for herbicide diversity. Rotate herbicide-tolerant traits. Alternate herbicide-tolerant traits or use of herbicide tolerant stacks for more efficient rotation of both nonselective and selective herbicides. Rotate modes of action. Rotate modes of action (MOA) and use multiple MOA to reduce the selection pressure caused by overusing a single MOA. Respect the Rotation is a trademark of Bayer.

Replanting Agreement
If for any reason, a field of Jacobsen corn shall be replanted with corn, the Jacobsen Hybrid Corn company, Inc., will furnish seed at one half the retail price plus trait fees; variety furnished depending upon seed availability. Any applicable trait fee may be added or credited to the company affected. Appropriate documentation and paperwork may be requested by the technology providers involved. All settlements may be channeled through these companies.

This Program will apply if the customer notifies the dealer through whom the seed is purchased in time to permit inspection of the field before it is reworked. Varieties and kernel sizes acceptable to the buyer are available, limited to one replant and in the year applicable. Except for this "Replant Policy" protecting the customer against full loss there is no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the yield or quality of the crop produced from this seed.

Technologies and Logos

Agrisure Viptera™ will be combined with Agrisure® 3000GT trait stack to form the new Agrisure Viptera 3111 trait stack. The Agrisure Viptera™ 3111trait stack delivers the broadest available spectrum of multi-pest control over 14 yield- and quality-robbing insects, both above and below ground.

Agrisure® 3000GT trait provides season-long protection from European and Southwestern Corn Borer stacked with industry leading control of Western, Northern and Mexican rootworm. This trait also provides herbicide flexibility with both Agrisure® GT system and LibertyLink® system.

Agrisure® CB/LL trait provides season-long protection from European and Southwestern Corn Borer. This trait also provides herbicide flexibility with the LibertyLink® system.

Agrisure® GT/CB/LL combines the convenience and proven performance of glyphosate-tolerance, corn borer resistance and tolerance to glufosinate herbicide into a single hybrid.

Agrisure® CB/LL/RW trait provides season-long protection from European and Southwestern Corn Borer stacked with industry leading control of Western, Northern and Mexican rootworm. This trait also provides herbicide flexibility with the LibertyLink® system.

Agrisure® GT trait provides tolerance to glyphosate based herbicides.

HERCULEX® I Insect Protection gives full-plant protection all season long against European corn borer, western bean cutworm and a broad spectrum of other yield-robbing pests. All HERCULEX® I hybrids contain LibertyLink® technology, making them resistant to over-the-top applications of Ignite® herbicide.

LibertyLink® Ignite® herbicide provides growers cost-effective, nonselective, postemergence weed management in days vs. weeks, across all LibertyLink® crops including corn, soybeans, cotton and canola. Ignite delivers powerful control of broadleaf weeds and grasses, including weeds resistant to glyphosate and multiple herbicide classes. Additionally, Ignite can be applied as a burndown treatment prior to planting or prior to emergence of any soybean, cotton, corn, canola, or sugar beet crop. It is a valuable tool prior to emergence of glyphosate-tolerant crops to provide a clean start, free of tough or resistant weeds.

Roundup Ready® Corn 2 contains in-plant tolerance to Roundup® brand herbicides, enabling growers to spray Roundup® brands over the top, from planting through the V8 stage or 30-inch corn height, with excellent crop safety and no yield reduction. Compared to popular conventional corn programs, the Roundup Ready® Corn 2 system costs less, while allowing hybrids to reach their maximum yield potential. While the U.S. regulatory agencies have given full approval to Roundup Ready® Corn 2 for commerce in the U.S. for marketing and consumption as food, food ingredients and feed for livestock, certain regulatory approvals are pending in certain export markets. For more information on these approvals, or for assistance in locating domestic grain outlets, see the American Seed Trade Association web site (www.amseed.org) or contact Monsanto directly at 800-768-6387.

YieldGard VT Triple® insect-protected corn combines the insect protection spectrum of YieldGard VT Rootworm/RR2 and YieldGard Corn Borer technologies and provides effective and consistent control of corn borer and rootworm throughout the larval feeding period.

Genuity® VT Triple PRO™ Years of product testing and research have led us to Genuity® VT Triple PRO™ Corn, the industry's first dual mode-of-actionabove-ground insect protection in corn which is stacked with below-ground insect protection and Roundup Ready 2 Technology®. Two or more insectproteins-expressed in the same plant-prove highly effective against target insects such as corn borers or corn earworm add significant value to Insect Resistance Management (IRM). Genuity® VT Triple PRO™ Corn provides a broader spectrum of insect control against corn earworm, corn borer and fall armyworm, resulting in higher yield potential and better grain quality. Genuity® VT Triple PRO™ Corn also gives farmers in the South the opportunity to reduce their refuge acres (50% to 20%), which can increase profitability on the farm.

Genuity® VT Double PRO® corn is the first double-stacked corn trait with dual modes of action against above ground insects and maximum protection against corn earworm. Losing just 3 kernels per ear can equal 1 lost bushel per acre, so protect your yield with Genuity® VT Double PRO®.

Roundup Ready® Soybeans contain in-plant tolerance to Roundup® brand herbicides, enabling growers to spray labeled brands for Roundup® over the top, from emergence throughout flowering, for superior weed control, excellent crop safety and maximum yield potential. Since they were first introduced several years ago, Roundup Ready® soybeans have shown consistent and reliable performance. Outstanding yields and reduced input costs mean that Roundup Ready® soybeans, used in a Roundup Ready® system, offer growers more profit opportunities than conventional soybeans.

Genuity® Roundup Ready 2 Yield® soybean seed and any product of a Genuity® Roundup Ready 2 Yield® soybean seed or crop can only be exported to, or used, processed or sold in countries where all necessary regulatory approvals have been granted. It is a violation of national and international law to move material containing biotech traits across boundaries into nations where import is not permitted.
